We want every customer to be happy with our service. If something has gone wrong, please tell us and we will try to fix it.

How to raise a complaint

Email hello@metalstack.co.uk, or write to Metal Stack, c/o This N That Ltd, Unit 3, 2A Cambridge Street, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2TP, United Kingdom, and include:

• your order reference and the item number(s) involved;
• what happened and what you would like us to do; and
• any photographs or details that help us understand the issue.

What happens next

• We acknowledge every complaint within 5 working days.
• We aim to give you a full response within 28 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply.

If you are still not satisfied

You can get free, impartial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service, which can refer matters to Trading Standards where appropriate. We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
